Why focus on assessments? Why not workouts?

We’re not going to tell you how to train your clients. We’re just going to provide you with tools to let you know if your training methods are working.

Use an array of fitness assessment and tests including but not limited to:

  • Weight,
  • Blood Pressure,
  • Body Fat %,
  • Lean Muscle Mass,
  • Fat Mass,
  • Ideal Weight,
  • Waist to Hip Ratio,
  • Circumferences,
  • Resting Heart Rate,
  • VOMax,
  • Overhead Squat,
  • Sit and Reach,
  • Trunk Lift

to find out where your client's health and fitness is at and how you can improve. 

Personally, we write our workouts out on paper with our clients.  Spending countless minutes calculating, comparing, and drawing health and fitness data is just ridiculous. 

We do that for you.
