Progress Highlights

When it comes down to resigning person training clients, nothing can make the conversation go easier than visual results-based data.   Print off fitness progress highlights and present the value of your personal training services to your clients.  


‣ Save your measurements ("Assessment", "Metrics", "Overview")

‣ Select “Report” to review and print metrics: Weight, Body Fat, V02Max, Squat Deviations, Progress Photos, Weight Loss Progress, and Fat Loss Progress. 


Profile List (select Profile) > Report 


  • Perfect 1 page report to give at the end of a fitness orientation.
  • The more measurements you have taken on your the client, the more visual the data will be.
  • To email, select "Print" button, download PDF, and attach to any email message.
