Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)

Each Profile also has a built in PAR-Q.  Just click on the PAR-Q tab and enter your Client’s data.

If there are any issues your Trainer needs to be aware of the PAR-Q status will be orange.  If there are no issues to be aware of the PAR-Q status will be green. If the PAR-Q is incomplete, the PAR-Q status will be red.
