Your Profiles list has four tabs at the top: All, Active, Archived, and Template. To see which Profiles are in each category, just click on the tab.
Archiving a Profile removes it from the list of Profiles counted towards your account. After Archiving a Profile you will still be able to view the data, but you will not be able to update or edit that Profile.
Archived Profiles can not be Activated within 30 days. Once Activated, that Profile will count towards your account Profile limit.
Deleting a Profile removes the Profile from your account entirely. If the Client was granted access to their Profile and created an account to take ownership of the Profile they will still have access to their data.
