Your Client’s email address can be added to their Profile Info either when Creating a Profile or by updating their Profile Info.
If you enter their email address and select “Allow access to Client Profile” the system will automatically send your Client an email letting them know that you’ve created a Profile for them. They will be invited to take ownership of their data by creating a secure password.
We’ve found that Clients who take ownership of their profile tend to be more invested in the training progress because they see the value in objectively quantifying and tracking progress.
