Client Objections

Your clients are paying you for results.  They are paying you because you have expertise that they don’t have.  

Fitness Tests are a way to measure the results you’re delivering.  They’re a way for you to identify and troubleshoot issues. They’re a way for you to constantly modify their training program to deliver the results they want as soon as possible.

If there are assessments a client is not comfortable with or doesn’t think applies to their situation, find a replacement or remove it entirely.  If they aren’t comfortable with skinfold measurements, substitute them with circumference measurements.

Fitness Tests are something you design with your client.  They’re a way for you and your client to make sure you’re 100% on the same page.  The most important part of any training program is the client’s buy-in. Buy-in is commitment, and commitment produces results.
